As of our markets commencing in 2026 there will be some slight changes to our stall bookings going forward. The main one being a new contact for stall bookings, booking are now done via the Collie Ag Society’s Market Coordinator, Dianne.

Bookings can still be done via other committee members while the office is open if she is not there on the day. (Until work for the Collie Show ramps up, main time the office is open is during op-shop hours. Mon and Thurs 9am – 12pm. If no answer at the office, the members will be in the op-shop area.)
Our stall fees are $20 for your table with each extra table costing $10 each, however if you pay for your stall in advance (prior to five (5) days before market day) stall fees will be $15 with each extra table being $10.
Outside 3x3m sites will be the same price as booking one table.
You must confirm you booking with the committee before making your stall payment. Online payment preferred when possible.

Reference: Your name, market you are attending and number of tables.
Bookings can be made and paid for any market(s) in advance, including the whole year.
There will be no refunds for those that do not show on the day and have not notified us in the five (5) days prior to market day.
