Important notice for all stallholders!
To all current and future Stallholders,
As of our markets commencing in 2025 the Collie Ag Society have decided to make changes to stall booking fees and the way that stallholders are able to book their stalls going forward. We have made these changes in hope that it will be easier for all involved and due to the constant amount of no shows we have been dealing with on market days the last couple of years.
Starting with our February market, stall fees are now $20 for your table with each extra table costing $10 each, however if you pay for your stall in advance (prior to five (5) days before market day) stall fees will be $15 with each extra table being $10.
Outside 3x3m sites will be the same price as booking one table.
Stallholders will now be able to book their stalls via:
Online (preferred way for people to book their stall)
Booking online can be done by paying direct deposit to:
A/C name: Collie Agricultural Society Inc
A/C BSB: 633-108 A/C Number: 1273-46666
Reference: You name, market you are attending and number of tables
By calling the Collie Ag Secretary on 0419 939 533
Payments then can be done in the office by cash/card Monday and Thursday mornings while the op-shop is open or on market day in the office before 8am.
Bookings can be made and paid for any market(s) in advance, including the whole year.
There will be no refunds for those that do not show on the day and have not notified us in the five (5) days prior to market day.
